Review:

Bride in Bloom was a strange read at times, but I really enjoyed it. I was curious about the M/M scenes mentioned in the synopsis and ooh was it good.

Victoria is set to marry this guy. She is ready to start her life with him even if she isn't really head over heels for him. She thinks she loves him, but you can just tell it is not right. Something is up with him and she doesn't even realize it.

Cameron was married before, until his wife destroyed that with her infidelity. He works for Victoria's finace and has always sorta had a thing for her. She is beautiful and smart and funny and just everything. Anyone would be lucky to be with her. When he finds out some secrets about her fiance he gives the guy an ultimatum. Tell her or he will before the wedding. He has a plan for winning Victoria over. A plan for making her his. I really liked Cameron. He has this bad marriage which could have made him cynical and closed off, but he just knew that Victoria was it for him and he acted on that once he finds out he can. It is pretty instant that he wants to be with her forever, but it worked. He was sweet.

For Victoria the betrayal by her finace is not as great as it should have been. There was always something there with Cameron, but she never really thought about it. And now he is being so sweet, so kind, so there for her while at the same time telling her he has plans for them. Telling her he wants to be with her, but when she is ready. It was so sweet. Cameron is not traditionally romantic. The things he said weren't all super flowery and everything, but I loved that. He seemed more real than a lot of romances. He was just a normal guy and my kind of romantic.

This book was just a really great read. Cameron does so much for Victoria it is just amazing. He is there for her, encourages her, makes a home for her. They are great together.
