I think Only for Us is my favorite of these novellas thus far. In this edition we see Grayson really make it clear that he is there for both Emma and their daughter. He has to face off with Emma's family, make it clear to them that he is not leaving again, find a job, just get things more settled.

Emma's siblings are not too happy to know that Grayson is back. They saw what happened to Emma when he left the first times, but man they are a bit intrusive. Emma kind of takes it to a point since they have helped her out financially, which is not really cool with me, but oh well. I did want Emma to yell at them to back off a bit more, it is her life to figure out, but I know they just want her to be okay.

Emma and Grayson are great together. It doesn't seem like they should be able to just pick back up again after he left like he did, but they love each other too much not to. Plus they have a child together and they both want to be that happy family. You really see everything get settled in this book and it was perfect. I loved it. I can't wait to see where it goes from here, especially since you know what is going to happen right after the last lines. I can't wait to see what Grayson and Emma do in this situation they will end up in!

Best of 2019

If any of you are following along then you may have noticed that 2019 was not the most consistent year for me. I have been posting less and less and I finally came to the conclusion that I need a break. A break from writing reviews. A break from reading things I have to read to review. A break from being on a schedule and blogging, at least for a bit. I will still update my Goodreads with ratings for books I read, maybe a line or two about the book, but I need a break. I need to not have the stress of getting things read and posted and all of that. It has become something I don't enjoy so if I am ever going to get back on the blogging train I need a break. So I am not sure I will be posting in 2020. I will see how it goes. Life got super crazy (in a good way!) in 2019 so I also haven't had or wanted to carve out the time to blog.
